Organize Objects by Layers

Moves the objects already in the file onto the layers they belong to.

It is the second half of Standardize, split out for a file that already has the right layer structure — one you built with Create Layer’s Structure, or a model from Matrix, MatrixGold or RhinoGold whose tree survived the import but whose objects landed in the wrong places.
